PROMOTE AND COLLECT ORDERS

The First Step Involves Advertising The Fundraising Event And Distributing Order Forms To Potential Participants. This Could Be Within Schools, Clubs, Or Local Communities.

The Goal Here Is To Generate Interest And Gather Orders For The Custom Teddy Bears.

KIDS CREATE THEIR ARTWORK

In This Step, Children Participate By Creating Their Artwork. This Can Be Done In Various Settings Such As At School, At Home, During Club Meetings, Or Even At Local Market Stalls.

The Artwork They Create Is Intended To Be Used As The Design For The Teddy Bear's T-Shirt. You Can Also Choose To Put Photos Or Your Logo On The Teddy.

PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE

Once The Artwork Is Ready, The Next Step Is To Place An Order Online. Along With The Order, The Children's Artwork Is Submitted. This Artwork Is Then Used To Customise The Teddy Bears According To The Designs Created By The Kids.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE BEARS

Orders Take About 4 Weeks To Complete, But During Busier Times Or In Rural Locations, It Could Take Up To 6 Weeks.

The Children Will Then Receive Their Own Personalised Teddy Bears, Which They Helped Design.

Pricing - Oscar Teddy Bear

Our school fundraising teddy bear program is designed to give you full control over how much you raise. You decide the selling price, meaning you control the total profit your school, club or organisation can make from every bear sold.

We provide a recommended pricing structure based on our online store pricing to keep things simple and transparent. The School’s base price is $31.95 for the regular Oscar Teddy Bear (without hat), and $33.95 for the Oscar Graduation Teddy Bear option (+$2 for the hatted version).

To maximise fundraising results, we recommend adding a $10 profit margin, setting the suggested selling price at $41.95 for the un-hatted bear and $43.95 for the graduation bear. This allows your school to earn a simple $10 profit per teddy bear sold, helping raise valuable funds for resources, programs and school initiatives.

There are no upfront costs and no minimum order requirements, making it easy for schools, clubs and charities to get started.

Our Teddy

Our teddy bear is a high-quality soft toy conforming to Australian Safety Standards. It measures 25cm sitting height and comes dressed in a white cotton-blend t-shirt designed for custom printing. Each t-shirt is printed in Australia and can feature artwork, logos, photos, or personalised designs.

Teddy Bear Options

Children can complete their artwork at school as part of the curriculum or at home. This artwork is then transferred onto the teddy bear t-shirt, along with the child’s name and school year, creating a personalised keepsake to be treasured for years to come.

Schools can also choose to feature a school logo, class photo, or custom design with or without student names. Additional options include graduation-themed bears with a hat and scroll, making them ideal for milestone celebrations and graduation gifts.

School Fundraisers

Our school fundraising teddy bear program is simple to organise. Choose your preferred teddy bear option and contact us via the order form or hotline. We will send out a fundraising pack to help you get started.

Once received, you can promote your fundraiser through letters to parents and carers, school newsletters, and your website. Orders are then collected easily over your chosen fundraising period.

Order and Payment

After collecting all orders and payments, simply log into our website and place your final order quantity. Our system will automatically apply the correct pricing and discounts based on your total order.

We accept credit card, PayPal and direct bank transfer for convenience.

Delivery

Our standard production and delivery time is 2–4 weeks from the time we receive the completed artwork and order. During peak periods or for rural locations, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
