Create your custom teddy bear in 3 easy steps.
It’s a simple and fun process to design your own personalised teddy bear.
1. Choose Your Teddy Bear
Start by selecting the teddy bear style you prefer. You can choose either a graduation teddy bear or a regular personalised teddy bear, depending on your occasion or purpose.
2. Upload Your Design
Next, choose the design for your teddy bear’s t-shirt. You can upload any artwork, image, or design you like. This is where your creativity brings your teddy bear to life.
3. Place Your Order
Once you’ve made your selections, simply place your order online. After checkout, we’ll send you all the instructions you need to complete your design and submit your artwork.
School & Organisation Fundraisers
Schools or organisations interested in organising a fundraiser are encouraged to contact us to discuss their requirements. We can help tailor the process to suit your group and make fundraising simple and effective.
Artwork Guidelines & Tips
To ensure the best possible print quality for your custom teddy bear:
- Use bright colours and fill as much of the page as possible
- Use textas, coloured pencils, or crayons
- Use A4 paper (non-glossy) for best scanning results
- Artwork can be in portrait or landscape orientation
- If using a photo, ensure it is clear, well-focused, and high quality
- The print area on the t-shirt is approximately 7cm x 7cm, so avoid overly detailed images

Submitting Your Artwork
Once you’ve created your artwork, you can scan and upload it directly to us. Instructions will be provided via email after you place your order.
If you are unable to scan or upload your image, you can post it to us instead. We will handle the scanning process and return your original artwork along with your finished teddy bear.
Re-ordering Your Custom Teddy Bear
You can reorder your personalised teddy bear at any time after your initial purchase. Whether it’s for a gift or an additional keepsake, simply place a new order and include your original order ID in the special instructions.
If you don’t have your order ID, our team can help you locate it.
