You decide on how much you will sell each bear and therefore control the amount of money your school can make. We do however, suggest a recommended retail price, which we sell our bears for individually through our online shop.
Schools price: $19.95 (Add $2 for the graduation bear option)
We recommend a selling price of $29.95, giving the school a $10 profit for each teddy bear to spend on your much needed resources.

Our fundraisers are very easy to run. All it takes is 4 easy steps once you receive our free fundraising kit.
1. Promote and collect order forms.
2. Kids create their artwork at school, home, club meeting, or market stalls.
3. Place an order online with us and send in the kids artwork.
4. Hand out completed bears to excited kids after 4 weeks (up to 6 weeks during peak times or rural locations).

Our teddy bear is a high quality soft toy conforming to Australian Safety Standards. It measures 25cm at a sitting height and is dressed in a white cotton blend t-shirt which will feature an image of your choice. Each t-shirt is printed in Australia.
Teddy Bear Options
Children are able to complete their artwork at school, as part of the curriculum, or at home. We will then transfer the artwork to the t-shirt with the child’s name and school year creating a personalised keepsake to be treasured for years to come. Alternatively, schools may choose to have the school logo or a photo printed on the t-shirt with or without the child’s name. In addition, you can have the teddy bear dressed in a graduation hat and scroll, which makes for the ultimate personalised graduation gift.
Our school fundraisers are easy to organise. Decide on which option of teddy bear you prefer to use in your fundraiser and let us know via our contact form below or our order hotline. We will contact you and arrange to send out an order pack to get you started. Once you receive your pack, start promoting the fundraiser by sending out a fundraising information letter to parents and carers. Promote the fundraiser on the school website and newsletters and start to collect orders. It’s that easy.
Order and Payment
Once you have finished collecting the orders and payments, log onto our website and place the final order quantity. Our website will calculate the appropriate discount based on your order quantity. We accept credit cards, PayPal, cheques and direct deposit.
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the completed artwork. You should allow up to 6 weeks during peak periods or if you are outside metropolitan areas.
